APPRENTICESHIPS

England and Wales: Responsibility for the apprenticeship frameworks and certification is being handed to the Children's Workforce Development Council wef 23 September 2005. From this date, all enquiries and requests for apprenticeship certification should be passed to the Children's Workforce Development Council. Details are on the apprenticeship pages of this website and a supplement has been added to the newsletter with information for apprenticeship training providers.

Scotland: Responsibility for the Modern Apprenticeship framework in Scotland was passed to the Scottish Social Services Council on 1 April 2005.
